Chef Jan Bjune credits his childhood
in his family's Scandinavian
restaurant with shaping his culinary
career. Combined with more than 20
years creating dishes in New
Hampshire's seacoast region, training
at the Atlantic Culinary Academy where
he graduated with honors from the Le
Cordon Bleu Program, and running his
own catering business, his cultural
experiences define his cooking.
Chef Jan is the son of Norwegian parents. He speaks fluent Norwegian and his culinary interests lie in the international. Chef Jan is interested in foods from all over the world and offers a wide world of culinary adventure.
