About Me
General Manager, Nate McLaughlin. Nate joined the Mesa Country Club team with nearly 20 years of hospitality and country club experience throughout the country. Nate is a native of the valley and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism from Northern Arizona University and later completed his Master’s degree from NAU in Business Leadership. He is also a graduate of Westwood High School and EVIT Culinary and holds a level one Sommelier certificate from the Court of Master Sommeliers. His experience includes Marriott Hotels in South Carolina, North Shore Country Club in Mequon, Wisconsin and two platinum clubs: The Desert Mountain Club in Scottsdale, and, most recently, Belle Meade Country Club in Nashville, Tennessee. Notably, he has had experience at Mesa Country Club early in his career (2004-2008).
Nate is excited to join the Mesa Country Club team and come home to the valley. He is recently married and will reside in South Scottsdale with his wife, Erica. When he is not at work, Nate enjoys learning more about food and wine, watching football, playing golf and boxing.
